Failed to load steamui.dll error in Windows 10 , 11 Fix

If you have this problem just know that the first 2 don’t work that well but the 3rd one works almost every time.

Please note to everyone else that running in Compatibility Mode might not be necessary at all.
(Oh yeah, that was on a brand new install of Windows 11 Pro)

The first method worked for me, but my laptop decided to call "Steam.exe" just plain "steam" which was pretty confusing. Thanks for the guide!
