I'm pretty sure I say this in the video, but I want to repeat it here. I am not looking for medical advice. I am only sharing a small amount of my medical information, so it would be impossible for someone to diagnose me from this video alone. I am trusting the doctors and God, since they have more (or all) of the information. Thank you for caring, though!

if you have eroded esophagus you have acid reflux most likely. La Croix drinks contain carbonic acid which can't be good for that. Additionally, the hot sauce you use contains vinegar and spices which are terrible for that. Of course any fried or fatty food is bad you can talk to a dietician because you want to get that under control as it can be bad if not looked after. I'm surprised you didn't know that since you have known so long you had inflammation? Hopefully you can just drink water and no hot sauce or too much fats and get it controlled.

Genuinely curious… have you discussed what you typically eat and drink with doctors? I only ask bc you eat and drink a bunch of acidic things or spicy cholula on things, even the lecroix and waters. My husband has bad esophagus issues and esophagus cancer in his family so it is something we always kind of monitor and check in on if he starts having more gastric and stomach symptoms, etc. curious what the docs say about the acidic things if they’ve commented. Would love input bc we avoid a lot of the spicy, lemon and lime flavored carbonated, etc things and am always looking for options for him if they are OK. Best of luck on the rest of your tests ❤

When I went to an ENT, the camera going up my nose wasn't a big deal for me. My ENT gave me about 1 min. notice that he wanted to use it to check things out, but he sprayed with my throat with something so I wouldn't gag. I appreciated that. It was cool to see the pictures of my throat too.

Gosh you're faster than normal in this video!
My daughters ENT diagnosed that she had a TMJ issue. He was right. Specialist determined it was a synovial membrane tumor. Had to be surgically removed. Pain was awful prior to surgery. After, immediately better.

As far as the Colonoscopy, I HIGHLY recommend doing the OTC I’ve had 2 now and I did the OTC Prep the second time. It was a BREEZE to prep.

The first time - I HAD ISSUES! I almost got Sick 🤢 literally.
Oh so you’ve already had it 😂
My first experience was AWFUL. The procedure BOTH times, were fine - no problem.

I must say, your hair in this style is absolutely lovely on you. 💜 yes I’m one of the % who has a deviated septum. Sinus, and allergies seem to go along with it. You are a bundle of joy. Love you❤

Your curls are beautiful 🤩
Great to hear you’re doing all the medical check ups. I pray you get healed and find breakthrough in this area. I’ve been really sick a few years ago with stomach/gastrointestinal issues, so I know how that can be. Make sure to test for stomach infections, like overgrowth of candida, H Pylori, or SIBO.

Thanks for sharing Katie. I have never been to a TMJ dentist and I don’t think my Medicare will pay for it, 😮but I am wondering if it’s true that TMJ can cause tinnitus. Since you seem to have both, I hope that you will share with us if the dentist says that the TMJ can contribute to tinnitus. I have really bad TMJ and I have constant ringing in both ears. Mine is so bad that it has caused a lot of hearing loss.
I pray that the allergist is able to find out what you are allergic to with the blood tests🙏🏼
You look so pretty, I love the wavy hair❤️ Great video! May God continue to bless you and keep you in His loving care 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

I have celiac and for all my life my CRP has been high which is a general sign of inflammation in the body. But never been able to figure it out, I eat completely gluten free and am very strict with it.

I totally understand the feeling. I have several gastric issues and health issues and so the frustration of having new symptoms and not being able to have an answer to the reason why is totally relatable, it's really infuriating. I've had health issues for the last 9 years.
