The End of the World - 'Space Jazz' Skeeter Davis Cover ft. Niia

Long time fans of my channel will recognize the amazing voice of Niia on this one. Although most of time we cover modern songs in vintage styles, we switched things up this week and updated a 1960s song with a new arrangement.

I'm relatively speechless here.  I never thought I'd hear a cover of this song, especially to this level of perfection, as it's such a strong association with the movie Girl, Interrupted.  What a sad moment, and a sad loss as well.

I would love if this specific type of music was mainstream instead of Pop. Who knows? It may become that way in the future...music always changes, and trends never stay the same. Sometime they will end and something will become anew. Let me say again...I would absolutely LOVE if this type of music, this type of calming Jazz, was mainstream today.
