Proposal to expand the list of legal fireworks 3/5/15

Representative Jason Rarick (R-Pine City)) presents his bill that would expand the list of legal fireworks to include aerial and audible devices, change the license fee process for aerial and audible devices, and limit regulations imposed on the sale of sparkling devices and novelties.
