Most of the time it's an honest mistake by new players who think they're making a backup.
But there is also Steam builds being taken and re uploaded without permission.

For the next update. You should add the Scenario Edit Mode on our worlds and give players the ability the declare war on a faction.

Really thought this would have a part explaining how you would update a blueprint that has been uploaded to Modio as currently I can't find how to do it other than uploading a new version and then having to re-add all the descriptions and requesting the previous one to be deleted.
