With Monday's update, for the first time in a long time I'm excited to start again, good video, I like that base although I'm more of a beginner in the space, it's more secure.

loving the turbine towers in particular, definitely a cleaner way to connect them to my base than what I typically do, and a much nicer design for the towers themselves too!

Damnit man! Where was this last week when I needed it! Great design ideas! I really like the details you put into each build. One day I’ll get past living in a Bob Box

More videos like this please, Lunar!

This is the exact kind of build tutorial set up that we need more of.

I’ve made use of this build in a multiplayer server and it’s absolutely fantastic.

The great thing about it is that its very simple to expand it in any direction (except maybe into the ground but I haven’t made the attempt to try lol)

Love the rover. Looks like mine always start out and then when the cargo gets full how much it dips in the back😊

I just got one question when are you going to do more of the ship building

Love what you did, tho I personally wouldnt have my parking ramp that close to the connector, usually a half block lower so I dont have to adjust suspension and it can dock larger vehicles later

The only thing I didn't understand was the placement of the 2 passage blocks. They don't lead to anywhere. What advantage do they give?

This is great! I'm gunna build this then save it as a blueprint for new play throughs.

Do you have a blueprint for your rover?

I was not expecting a speedrun video. Incredibly concise. Though, don't we have non dlc beds and lockers these days, so don't need the classic passageway faux-bed?

If anyone is interested, then once you have a projector and a few other resources, may I humbly suggest pairing this base design with one or more of my hexagons? (Six unit hexagonal sector, petrus4's Steam workshop. I can't post the direct link, because YouTube will delete the whole post as spam if I do.)

This is an enclosed, pre-fabricated hexagonal prism building, intended for any desired use.

It contains:-

4x large grid batteries, for 12 MW of power storage.
54x large grid wind turbines (9 turbines each per tower on all 6 vertices) for roughly 3.3 MW of power generation.
1x Large Cargo Container.
4x Sliding Doors.
5x Light Panels.
1x Control Panel Pedestal in front of the Large Cargo Container.

I did not add either stairs or ladders, although they are easy to add, but the structure does use DLC, because I particularly liked the two textures I used for it. The crawlspace in the flooring is intended to be replaced with ducts around the outer edges, which can be linked with other buildings or more hexagons, to give you a logistics network throughout your base. The wind turbines can also be removed from the towers, which can then be used as docking pylons, and if you want an easy landing pad, knock out the window above the large cargo container, and put in a connector.
