If cecil can have him protected, and have teleporters as back up, that dragon can pretty much kill anyone with 0 damage.

I think allen vs conquest should happen. It would be a much closer fight, and just really entertaining

I would argue at the end of season 3 Tech Jacket would give Mark a run for his money. He solo'd Mustache Mark & while he almost died he solo'd 2 variants in the comics. Just needs more screen time.

Mark above Anissa is interesting. I know Donald said that he could beat Anissa as of his latest power boost, but I can't but feel like that the on paper stats don't do her justice. Mark atleast got some good licks in on Nolan, he couldnt even touch Anissa. The one time he landed a solid hit she barely even blinked.

I doubt Mark beats out Anissa.
Not just because of spoilers, but also because Mark gets toyed with against her in their first fight. She barely acknowledges his strength, and she only really leaves him with orders to take his dad's mission because she was ordered to. Mark vs. Anissa now is like if a marine beat up a jr. high student that's in wrestling club, and the jr. high student did 2 years of pure strength training before challenging the marine to a rematch.

Also, Conquest and Omni-Man is just a poor speculation by Cecil. Cecil has no frame of reference for Nolan's actual strength. The toughest opponent he faced was either S1 suppressed Mark, or enraged Immortal. Cecil is likely basing his estimate off Nolan getting shaken by a laser, and tossed by Reanimen and Immortal for a few seconds each.
His best feats that Cecil witnessed have been overtaken by Mark by now. So odds are he's quite well aware he has no idea how strong Nolan actually is, only that he's likely still a grade above Mark, with much more experience.

Battle Beast being the strongest is debatable...Allen might be on-par with him. With one more zenkai boost though, he'd be #1 for sure.

So 5st place is Anissa, 4st and 3st are between Nolan and Conquest, and 2st and 1nd are between Allen and Beast.
