3 lakh online bank transfer kiya tha for advance book property.all paper related works like pre-book agreement of land also delaying for signature from landlord owner then i went to other state & asked them once it al done just signature the paper & send me in WhatsApp & keep tha paper to the person who middle man of this case.after few days when i was in other state they are saying there have some issues created of the land from his other members of family.someone is bot ready to sign whatever its their own Matter.i simply told them just return my 3lakhs for advance book once it resolved all your issues then ill come & buy the property by full payment.total property cost 7.20 lakhs for 1.5 katha. They said okey they will return my money after 1 week i called them & asked for 3lakhs to return they again said will return 15 frb for sure.after 15 feb i asked again them they said will return 2-3 march for sure.only few days is remaining what should i do if they still not returning my money after march 3??😢
