I lived at the Axis, 38sqm. studio in the smaller building. (12000 bhat per month in 2018). Nice place, great pool and gym. My only issue was my condo faced the road and was so noisy and much pollution come in the room from all the traffic 24 hours a day. My friend lived in the similar unit you showed. Same same but only they remove the wall between the living room and the bedroom. That side of the building is much better quieter with beautiful sunsets. You can't get a better location outside of the city center. Keep up the great videos!! Cheers from New York (until I return permanently 😀)

Excellent stuff. It would be good seeing some farang owned condos who are willing to do one month rentals for people not wanting to use hotels, but still want a decent pool etc in the Central Pattaya area. 👍

Very good video as usual. I am in pratamnak soi 6. This condo is ideal for any newbies . 5 minutes on the baht bus. Two great bakeries within walking distance. An array of 7 11 and Family Mart on the door step. The beach is just down the bottom of my soi 6. 11000 a very reasonable price with washing machine, very important. Next door a great Thai restaurant. Just 5 minutes direction Pattaya a great pub / restaurant.

Very nice, would be there in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for this bloody Covid. Here in Vietnam we have been and still are on a stringent lockdown. I can do with a months Holliday in Thailand. Thanks for the uploads

I'm really impressed with the condo I rent a 1 bed flat unfurnished which is a lot smaller for £360 and with no views to talk about and you wonder why I want to retire, now I can't wait when you have condos like that in Pattaya.
