you can close this with command prompt open it and run it as admin, then type in this following command:
taskkill /f /im wscript.exe
then press enter
or just end the task through task manager

oof, this is literally 3 lines of basic vbscript. essentially the "Do" and "Loop" just loop "Message = MsgBox("text", 0+64, "title")" which creates a variable that is a message box.

Save as then... name it whatever you want and have a .vbs at the end and save at as on your desktop it 100% works for me :D

This code does not loop

Change the word Title too the title you want and Change Message Description too the Description you want.

You can also change the numbers
