After the first "situation" when you shared pictures, I want to thank you for trusting us to give this house tour. We saw the disappointment when you "lost" the other 2 houses. You didn't lose them, they got out of your way. THIS is the house you are meant to have. THIS is the house that needed to become your home! It is so full of charm. Love all the wood work. Beautiful old home. I can see why you love it. About the balcony. When they raise the railing, you could have them screen it all in. That way you can go out without the bugs and you don't have to worry about the kids. I love the size of this place. Basement, attic, it's got it all, plus the wow factor. I love the claw foot tub. I would tell the kids, the shower curtain is like a tent they would be showering in. LOL. I love the wood and built in porch. I would most likely get lost all the time.
