The process appears unrealistically safe, clean and tidy. Congratulations to the engineers that designed the plant and to the operators that maintaining it in pristine condition. A dramatic contrast to some of other videos made in some other countries in which every operation is manual by workers without the minimum of personal protective equipment.

Gracias por mostrarnos tan excelente y moderno proceso de reciclaje del Aluminio, Felicitaciones....!

The plant looks brand new. OEM paint on everything and spotless.

This is interesting how they recycling well with it.
It seems to be more enthusiastic as well.
They are trying to not let to waste other things.

We had an aluminum foundry at the university where I used to be employed (worked?). We would gather aluminum scraps, all different alloys and the result was a mystery metal. We used an induction furnace, driven by a motor-generator. At this point we were teaching the fundamentals of the casting process. I noticed in the video they took a small sample of the molten metal and put it a small container, probably for analysis.

Ein Sprecher, der erklärt was da gerade passiert wäre nicht schlecht.

it looks like a brand new plant, very clean

Wow awesome stuff, shows the versatility for reusing waste aluminium and importance of recycling. What a super neat system at 3.15 for the continuous pouring of the small ingots (am sure there is a proper name for those)

Parabéns pelo vídeo, conteúdo bem educativo

Aluminum is so reflective that even when it's red hot it can still look silvery when the light hits it. Make no mistake, though. It's _red hot._

Interesting although it looked as if there were still a lot impurities being poured into the billets. Maybe not a problem depending upon end use?

Humanity should be using aluminum, copper, and glass for everything they can. Massive supplies and 100% reusable.

I wish the person that made this film would add an explanation to the presentation. I consider the process interesting but I have more questions than I did.

this is cool. I got an old set for melting lead into figures. So i thought i would look into the processes of processing metal to understand it better.

Add narration to explain what is happening at each step of the process.

A country intensively doing recycling shall never go down.

This is very cool looking. It would be nice to know:

1) What kinds of impurities(non-Al) end up being heated and what happens to them?
2) Does the finished product contain impurities greater than non-recycled smelting?
3) How many kWh's of energy for a given weight(or mass) of finished product?
4) What are the gasses(by-products) released during the melting process?
5) What is the cost difference between recycling(as is shown here) and creating from earthen ore by weight(or mass)?

Thanks in advance if you know any answers. It would better help to quantify and gauge this type of recycling.

Aluminium has high affinity towards oxidation. The remelting furnace is not explained whether it is an induction furnace or any other. Well it is a good informative vedio.

I have a question:how to dispose the melting wastes that come out from the furnace after the process, aluminum melting wastes could be very bed to the soil .
