Quick introduction to WebRTC in stop-motion.

STUN servers are not needed for a local network webRTC connection. In fact STUN is only used when clients are behind a NAT and need to get their public connection properties (ie. ip address). STUN is not necessary and not used for signaling, rather to get the information needed in the signaling process.

So what I understand webRTC is a P2P comunication that does not pass through the server. Any data sent from user A to user B will not be available to the service provider
