As someone who applied to a few jobs lately, I just want to say that there is no such thing as a 15 minute assignment. Just checking out the previous posts from their account, reading through the website and brainstorming possible ideas will take more than 15 minutes, before you even start making a content or answering their questions. This doesn't mean there shouldn't be any assignments, but a questionnaire to start with, a short and long assignment (besides the 2-3 interviews) is a lot before even being hired. Imagine doing that for 5 job applications weekly, making everyone believe that they are your dream company to work for. But I'm happy to hear that you pay them for the second assignment. Everyone should follow that example!

Please!!! If you're going to make people to a questionnaire, 2 interviews and 2 tests please put what you're paying and benefits either on the ad or the first interview because businesses always quote "time is money" and then not value the employees time. I can't imagine wasting all that time trying to get a job and then being told at the last hurdle that they're about to be underpaid for what they're worth, it works both ways.
