It could have been even more explainatory if u also made us hear the normal sound on doppler

I have visible neck pulsations. I was also born with 4 holes in my heart and have permanent heart murmur now 23. just noticed the pulsation maybe its always been there, i dont know. just paranoid it could be this dont have visible pulsations anywhere else. which makes me think its not its also cold here right now.

Nice information sir! But by placing the stick on one carotid to see its pulse and putting the Doppler probe on the other to hear it, are not we risking the patient for a syncope?
