Can’t wait to replay this game with patch 1.7 and phantom liberty but ima be sad when I finish it too. Then who knows when the next Cyberpunk will be. I’m attached to the genre now.

I honestly don't think they need more than a month to market this. If this was some brand new IP no one has ever heard of, I could understand a longer marketing run-up to drive up interest. With Phantom liberty, they really just need to get the word out it'll be available on whatever date they choose. Most of the interest will likely come from reviewers on YouTube that get the game shortly before or when it's released. More than a month of marketing is probably just a waste of CDPR's money.

On a new playthrough right now, god I love this game and the Panam questline has got to be one of the best questlines in any game I’ve played I wish it was longer

I think it's a good idea to do 1.7 before the expansion. If there's anything wrong with the new features then they can fix it before the expansion

I wouldn't mind new gigs. Also, if they can manage it, I'd like to see procedurally generated mini gigs. No story needed. Just call up a fixer and they'll say who to kill, what to steal, or where to hack for a little extra cash.

There is no way to translate it differently, at least not to "around". Maybe they changed the words because they had this in mind when answering the question.

yeah I can't imagine not getting some kinda update around the time of SGF given the retweet of 2077's announcement. whether that involves a surprise drop of 1.7 or not IDK, but I'd at least assume we'll get some phantom liberty details. super looking forward to it it is easily one of my favorite games ever~!

At 4:55 "przed" means EXACTLY "before". The translation for investors was for some reason interpreted instead of directly translated. So the correct translation from polish to english is: "Are you planning any Cyberpunk update in the style of patch 1.6 BEFORE the DLC release?"

My ideal marketing strategy is announce a game when you have actual gameplay footage to show that will actually exist, then nothing until 3 months before release when you drop a story trailer and a gameplay demo with the release date and thats it. It shows you are confident in your product as you're not spending half the development budget on marketing only for it to end up like.. cyberpunk 2077..

wouldn't it be cool if they added a new end game that links into Phantom Liberty in 1.7 as the DLC would continue that story line that continues saving your life. the female hologram could be V switched with Johnny.
