3 NEW Playable Characters in Wuthering Waves

Edit: Forgot the concept of Lion Dancing existed when I recorded this haha. Lingyang is definitely a lion based on his tail and carries a lion head, not a dragon head. Awu WAS a white tiger, though!

The new character names got announced less than 24 hours after I had finished this video! Tiger boy and punchy girl are named Lingyang and Jianxin respectively. How do you feel about them? 🐯

I think I should point this out a bit awu and the new tiger boy are the same person. They just got a whole new character design and became playable since I don't think a lot of people was a fan of the design from the last CBT

PGR will remain my main game, but I'm interested in giving this one a solid try when it'll come out.

But if the gacha is more Genshin and less PGR, I think I'll relegate myself into being a 4* enjoyer with the occasional 5* for truly standout characters (i.e. hype characters like Alpha Crimson Weave and Lamia).

Personally, I also find Awu to be the better design, but I think the new Yinglang will end up attracting more people overall.

I would be content with Awu just being an NPC... It can be a reserved for future potential playable, imply future characters with his trait, or better yet- NPC variety that isn't copy paste.

2:09 Agree fans would be really happy if Awu comeback as any kind of form, either as secret twin (lmao), LingYang's second form for future story, or just as a coating/skin
I love Awu because we could expect to see more Anthro characters like Arknights that always special because they're simply not human and the facts the fandom really welcome him make it much sadder Awu disappeared
