You just answered my question before I even asked it. I wanted to ask if icebreakers are supposed to be connected to the workshop topic and how to do so and Connect before Content is the answer! Connect to each other and to the purpose - thank you for this and for the examples you gave!

Wow! I used this in my first class for adult English as a second language. I asked the students halfway through "How did you feel and how do you feel now..." WOW! Universal answers of nervous and anxious yet it united the class and me because we all felt that way. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

In ice breaking exercises Ice Breaker means more "Ice melter", as it helps to melt possible cold atmosphere among people.
I use much, but in teaching.
Thanks for the video.

I did the "You Rock" energizer/icebreaker this afternoon, and it went great. Happy faces all around. It was a good "pick-me-up" immediately after tea-break. Total of 19 Educators in a private university in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Thanks Chad!

@chad.littlefield Hi, I love your videos and (audio)book ask powerful questions.
One question I was looking to get an answer on is how to prioritize the row in a PowerPoint presentation between "my intention" & the "icebreaker". What can/should be first and especially when we are talking about a first meeting via teams? Thanks Kosta
