Great job...I struggled to convert an old app to use new auth methods and understand the different keys and permissions, but then I followed your example and just created a new app and all worked fine.

good job. but you've set up user token. i think you need to add scopes for the bot and invite the app to the channel.
note: use bot's token for bots
