Just from my experience of getting one. I'm not sure if the weather just made the mdf arms swell or what, but once I got one of the arms in the attachment It wouldn't come out. I tried immediately to take it off and it finally came off, but so did a piece of the attachment on the end, but Erica's hisband made it right and sent a new attachment. So be careful. Also, some, not all, of the wooden arms stayed a bit loose when attached. A bit lag. Not sure way. I havent used mine much, but I plan too. I got the big one and they replaced with a smaller arm attachment, but it works ok. 👍
