As someone with ADHD, I actually used to find them calming and they helped with my hyperactivity, in class. Schools banning them completely took that away, from me.

At least my ADHD improved, by the time I went to high school.

My school banned them for being too distracting (I think). What started as a simple ADHD fidget toy became something that was banned from society and never brought back again.

bro i remember that at my school it got so bad that you
had to “register” your fidget spinners. and had to show a letter from your doctor to prove you had a condition “ necessitating the use of spinners”
