Getting hit with some nostalgia and sad/mad that Sony didn't push or keep some features.
The reason why you kept on seeing less ps2 animation save data is because it took time to make the animation for those. I would have liked it if they kept PSHome but the man leading the project left so nobody defended it to push over to next consoles. Reason why customizable theme stayed with only the psp/ps3 was because it was considered a breach of security to Sony understanding.

Ps3 menu look more astonishing like look at the animation, icons, background it looks more supreme and high standard compare to ps4 and ps5

Fun fact: The amount of squares in the PS2 is depending on how much things you have in the memory card. If you have almost nothing, only a few would appear, but if you have much, it would show up like in the video.

9:55 that PS4 menu is actually from 2016. The 2013 one had a darker and different variant of blue also the icons and fonts were larger
