Omg thank you for this tutorial! After raising 3 boys our main shower was a disaster. We also have a glass block window in the shower that the contractor installed and covered the mortar with caulk. It was moldy, mildewy, and various shades of yellow and orange. Ugh. I removed all the old caulk and prepped and taped the surfaces. I used the denatured alcohol trick and it worked perfectly! My shower looks brand new now and I didn’t have to stress over the ooey gooey caulk application. Thanks again!!!

Can I use regular rubbing alcohol instead?

Why is he using denatured alcohol?
Blue tape, soap in spray bottle replaces alcohol, disposable rag..
