sorry to correct you but BRIDGEND is a town, not a city we donthave a cathedral, , bridgend was a market town with loads of people trading animals in the local market. the council ( for some reason)decided to allow the development of the shopping centre near the m4 to accommodate multi national foreign companies to sell their wares, all transport links for those that had cars were welcomed, then the bus services were cut stopping the vallies being able to access TOWN. BRIDGEND council do not realise the value of the community around them.
