CARAMEL APPLE OATMEAL CRISP RECIPE
(2) 17.5-ounce package Oatmeal Cookie Mix
3/4 to 1 cup melted Butter
1 Egg
Mix together for crisp and reserve 3 cups. Set aside. Press the remainder into a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish or pan. Bake the crust for 12to 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Chop 1 cup Caramel Bits and add to the remaining oatmeal mixture.
Pour (2) 21-ounce cans Apple Pie Filling into the baked crust and spread out evenly. Top with the oatmeal caramel mixture evenly. Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes. Then uncovered for about 10 minutes to let the cookie mixture brown. Enjoy while it is still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I can’t wrap my head around how you do all you do with family, Church, your all’s business, your summer outdoor work, as well as the everyday duties/chores of life. Then there’s always the foul balls that come at you (everyone) when you aren’t expecting them. This is real life and as your friend and “other” Mama, I worry about you & John but I never doubt that you do the very best you can to meet your many demands. As much as I miss you, and you know I’m not alone in this, I never doubt that you do your very best to do your videos. It is more important to me that things are well with you and that you are not unnecessarily stressed or feel bad. You are One Loved 🥰 You Tuber! You make each of us who love you feel like part of the family, how do I know this? Because that’s how you make me feel. I was so happy to see your little Mama! She was darling and as I commented on that video, I loved the little smile at the end of your video. She was a beautiful young woman and her girls are all beautiful! I had not been aware of her hemoglobin issue, but from having mine drop to 6.2 in my 30’s when I was in LA, I know the weakness alone was a major challenge and I was young! I can’t imagine how your Mama felt at her age and in her health. I’m so sorry she had to go through that but thankful she is back where she belongs. I prayed for her and the rest of you though I didn’t really know what to pray for. Thankfully, God knows all and we don’t have to know to pray 🙏🏻 the prayer of Faith. Praying your Daddy is managing ok. Lord love his heart! At the risk of sounding selfish (I’m really not, at least I don’t think so) I will say for me personally, this video couldn’t have come at a better time, down to the hour I received the notification. So thankful He knows our every need and He is never late on the scene in our time of need. My comment isn’t really about this recipe, though it was beautiful and looked so good!
