NASA Confirms Closest Super-Earth Ever

How do we receive signals from a probe 21 light years away did we set receiver antenna along it's path as it journeys through space? I challenge anyone to get a wifi signal on earth without a wifi antenna or router or even a radio or tv signal without an antenna. Space exploration is and has been a lie outside of the imagination.
