The Media and the American People would have a fit and not care who broke protocol, guidelines, or the so-called PROCESS if their Families was attacked by the Courts and the Governments. That's what so annoying and prejudice about these actions. There is not many People in America not in understanding that as the Plaintiff you have to provide proof, against me, the Defendant. Also that as the initial Renter. Most Americans go around the home and check off any and ALL repairs and sign the repair sheet with the Landlords. Everyone signs the repair sheet after they walk around home and check off the repair sheet. The Landlord gets the work done as soon as possible. As the Renter if you continue to pay the Landlord. The Landlord cannot state that they did not have money to fix the necessary repairs. Once the Landlord offers the Renter to be a rent to buy Tenant. That prior agreement of damages has to be handled. Once those damages are handled. The rent to buy Tenant starts taking care of their own repairs. There is not that many People NOT in understanding of that PROCESS. If the rent to buy Tenant is not placed on the Deed and they started paying toward the home. That is a violation of the contract along with the settled agreement to fix the mutual prior work. There is NOT any way that the Family can be evicted. If Anyone enters the home of that Family under these contracts, settled agreements, and orders. That is burglary, committed by fraud on the Plaintiff without paperwork and fraud for allowing Anyone to interrupt the PROCESS and put their name on Someone else's home. It is not complicated. That is the PROCESS. If the Family is attacked, arrested, door locked, and false filings is placed in the Court Computer Databases and Government Computer Databases for way too long by the locals. The President of the USA under "Special Circumstances", can step in and request the the DOJ do their job that's been past the statue. FACTS.
