Yes! Well explained Satpal! Thank you! Like I commented in your last video... this is exactly what I do. I only trade in Monthly expiries and have never had to take a loss in the market for the last many years. This strategy needs patience and is definitely not for people who want to make quick money. Also, the trader needs to do proper capital management and have the ability to ensure that MTM losses do not cause any psychological problems. Works without any adjustment in most months...in the other months, need to roll over and wait. 🙂 I target 2% monthly and if the market falls and breaks a critical support, I roll down the ratio spread to increase profit ( sometime upto 3% or more)
