Thanks for sharing this wonderful approach. One issue we may face after converting it to a ratio spread is market becoming bullish. If it is rising slowly, then there will not be any issue. But if it rises very fast, we will see a big MTM loss. It may take some time for the theta decay to happen till then it may show big MTM loss. How do you think we can address that?
