One part water to two parts corn starch is a good mix. Its known by the name oobleck by most circles after a Dr. Seuss creation that is semi similar. Great project for kids because while its messy, its not too horrible to clean up.

@LaTuaCantanteAmanda Just water to the cornstarch and mix it (I don't know the proportions, just start with a little water and add some in case it's too dry). It's very simple and fun
