It's so handy to have accents to indicate how a word should sound and to differentiate between similarly spelled words. In English you are just thrown in and have to figure it out for yourself. You have reading and Reading, polish and Polish, wind and wind, tears and tears, etc, etc...

Got very confused that my pronunciation of Père and other è words must have been wrong all along after reading the book, however upon watching the video I've realised that Scottish people like myself don't pronounce Fair the same way as english people haha! That's why its great that you have made the video content, thanks very much for that extra effort.
