Used this today on hardwood door. Wasn't cutting. It's good for rubbing wood to light a fire.

Little help, please? I've run out of ideas here. The "spiral cutting bit" does not want to cut sideways. Any faster and it burns. Halp please.

Tried using one of these. It does very poorly cutting sideways. Even if the material is super soft like 3mm thick plywood. Wouldn't recommend.

My Dremel vibrates like mad and sounds awful when I use it like this to cut wood. How the hell can this be any good for cutting 'up to' 30mm thick wood?!
