The lack of an unload filament option is a benefit. Unloading filament traditionally means forcing nearly extruded filament out of the nozzle which can damage the printer. I like flashforge's solution.

I like the printer, just recently got one, like last week. Though, the Allen keys supplied wouldn't let me unscrew the 4 security screws, and I had to use my own keys that were a better fit.
Also in orca slicer ver 2.0.0. I can wifi print, because I have! So I have no idea why you can't.
Tried PETG, without an issue so far, bed temp at 75, and filament at 255
Well presented review, the background music was just about okay, as was really low level.

Having been a long term Traeger+ user, I switched over to Asmoke and it's definitely been an upgrade. The precision I get with the temperature control is something I never had before - the dual sensors and the new PID algorithm have truly revolutionized my cooking process. I also love the fact that it uses wood pellets made from recycled wood as a primary fuel source - not only is it eco-friendly, it also provides a unique smoky flavor to my food. The ASCA™ technology for hassle-free cleaning is just the cherry on top. Lastly, having remote temperature adjustment and food monitoring features right on the app have changed the game for me. Highly recommend it to any grilling enthusiasts out there! #Asmoke.

I think the 5M is super underrated. It's just hard to bite the bullet knowing it was a FlashForge printer, I would say it was a great investment as I do have one myself

Gem of a channel. Instantly subbed. It's refreshing to see a channel which isn't "not sponsored but they gave me free printers" or cryptobros like most other channels unfortunately are.
Great review. Considering grabbing one of these to smash out PETG functional prints.

I bought this printer a few months ago and for a long time was having issues starting prints, it would just shut down whenever I tried starting up a print. Eventually I asked customer support and was able to fix it up and I've got no problems now.

All the issues you mentioned have been fixed. Orca is great but i use Orca-Flash because you can send prints and choose to level the bed from the slicer! In 2 weeks I've had zero failures!!!

Thank you for the review. I'm strongly considering this for my first FDM printer. I have a resin printer currently (which i intend to keep using) so FDM is a new thing for me. The Flashforge Adventure 5M looks to be a good balance of the features I'm looking for and within budget so it was good yo hear some positive comments.

Thank you for uploading this video, I'm trying to buy a 3d printer, and I really think this is the one to choose. But 1 question, is it loud?

Had a minor issue with the 5M called Flashforge, and they took care of it. Great customer service. The printer, when paired with Orca Slicer, produces great quality prints that are comparable, if not better than my P1S. Wish the build area was bigger other than that it's an awesome printer.

I won one of these printers last month and have used it a little. I'm a total noob to 3D printing so I knew nothing about using it going in. Setup was really easy and the initial calibration and test print went well. The hardest thing I found during setup was getting the touch screen attached to the printer frame. I was scared to death I was going to break the mounts on the back of the screen and/or tear the ribbon cable. As far as software goes, I'm using the Linux version of Flashprint. I found it a little confusing to use as a noob, but now that I understand it a little better it seems to do pretty well. I've only done a couple prints so far, but both have turned out perfectly.

Just watch your review of the Adventurer 5M. Great review! I have an Adventurer 5M myself have had it for a little over a month. I Absolutely love the machine. I don’t have a bamboo labs machine, but I have to think it’s every bit as good, maybe a tiny bit smaller but that is it. There’s also a much better screen on the Adventurer 5M and the fast change nozzle is definitely an advantage over the bamboo labs machines. Agree with everything you said. However, there is wireless printing through orca slicer. There are a couple YouTube channels that have explained how to do it. It is very simple. Also, Flashforge just released their own version of orca slicer with all the profiles, including tips that range from size of 0.25 up to 0.8 and all of the filaments that you can print with the printer. Also allows for remote viewing if you add the camera which you can get off of their websiteand there is a mobile app that works on both iOS and android too.

Thanks for the review. I am interested in how well it printed TPU, can you provide the "Wall" printing speed setting for TPU..

Just got the 5m 2 days ago so I can update some of this. You can wifi with orcaflash so its a non issue. Mine came out of the box and besides then very annoying plug in cable setup for the screen ( why they do it this way I have no idea) it was up and running in no time. Yes i have clogged the tip and had to remove it and jammed the feeder and over bent stuff as I am trying tons of everything as a NEW PERSON. So far I am using PETG and tried PLA. Both work great and the magnetic removable pei gold bed is AMAZING in its sticking and release.

It’s me again I got the flash forge pro, and for some reason every time I go to print the nozzle and the copper part in the middle breaks. I think it’s because the filament isn’t heated enough but when I go up higher it still breaks and now I have no mor nozzles why is this happening
