Definitely don't miss the green gold in the head. It might seem strange but it is the really most delicious part. Same for large prawn heads. The best part, just eat it or dip the meat in as a condiment. Don't throw that away!

Any idiot who thinks he knows how to best attack an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet will know enough to steer the freak clear of the dessert stations, where the pies, ice cream tubs, cherries,  malts, multi-layered cakes, and chocolate syrup dispensers are all designed to bloat you out so you don't eat too many lobsters.  Evidently, you skipped class the day that lesson was taught.
