So glad you brought up what an absolute legend Heath Kirchart has been throughout his career, and also Braden Hoban for Hubba Hideout. Emerica is such an amazing brand, but all of Sole Tech does not get enough praise for what they've done for skateboarding. Glad you went into the history of how those three brands got divvy'd up. when I was a young boy the youngest emericans were Leo Romero and Kevin Spanky Long. in 2022 Leo Romero and Kevin Spanky Long are now the oldest team riders

Late 90s early 2000s Emerica was very popular, especially with baker riders, prob cause of Reynolds. To this day Emerica is the only skate shoe brand I still buy

I used to have the MJ1 in gray and it was absolutely super good shoe. Emerica should do an OG remake of it.

@shredzshop I love the 90s and 00s flashbacks but how about some 70s and 80s history, my first decent board was a makaha comp 3 board back in the late 70s, would be good to see some of that history
