Turkish Style Spicy Tomato Dip - Acili Ezme - 4K Vegan Recipe

Possibly the most common meze dish in Turkey, Turkish version of salsa dip with fresh tomatoes, chilies, onions and a spicy sauce, usually served with kebabs but the recipe itself is vegan and full of vitamins.

Ingredients:
Spicy tomato pepper dip (Acili Ezme) :
- half a bunch parsley
- 1 red onion
- 3 green peppers
- 1 red paprika pepper
- 3 medium size tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemons
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried peppermint
- 1 tsp blackpepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sumak
- 1 tbsp chili paste

OK first thing I'm going to say, that's one awesome knife at the start!!!! I could dive into that plate of dip right now and be perfectly happy! What wonderful cooking, I never want to took at any other version of salsa ever again, as far as I'm concerned this is the one!!!
