Have you looked at Kopf Percussion of Waycross, GA? I have their Kopf S-Series DeUno Snare Cajon. I absolutely LOVE it. I love my Kopf so much that I ordered 2 more, including their PB American Tonewood BASS Cajon. Get rid of that $100 "box" and get yourself a REAL instrument. You will NOT be disappointed.
