All of us Marcelito's fans had to chuckle when she said, "I don't know if this is the right song for him". Not knowing he's probably the only person in the world that could do this incredible version of "The Prayer." It is one of the greatest live performances of a song I've ever seen.

If you look up information on him .. I will tel you that he is all self-taught.. his mother abandoned him so he lived with his father at the post-toddler stage in jail until he was released .. he has a natural ear and just took it from there .. The Power of Love is one of the songs that will show you his true range .. he is an absolute gif to mankind

He is not a professional singer, he is self taught. Orphaned at the age of 7 and live on the streets. only starts singing in his teens while hearing it on radio and sometimes karaoke. He had a very hard childhood.

From childhood to his teens he was a street person. He never had a voice teacher. He is a successful and celebrated singer in the Philipines. Several years ago he had appearances on America's Got Talent. This video on the 107.5 bus was from about 7 years ago.

The judges on AGT were likewise stunned. I have done this song, but just one part, and you are correct. This is a tough song to get right, especially when you don't speak Itallian. He is fantastic.

Pomoy for me is a massive talent, who didn't had to many opportunities to shine.
Years later he tried even the US career, talent show.
But in my opinion there are critically low amount of songs, performances by him. Underrated talent.
