To tell a mother who just discovered that her child was murdered "to calm down" is just another level of heartless.

I think the cop who told the dad to kick in the door is the low key hero of this tragedy

Those 911 dispatch workers need to be fired... how heartless in the way they were talking to the mother... but as always Christina you told this story with love and compassion. Love you Christina!

No-one I gonna read this, because it's been said a billion times, but I NEED to say it! Those cold heartless dispatchers...! I don't have words! It's one of those: "You had ONE☝️ job...!" - kinda things, where they are literally there and being paid to help! It's too much...!
Thank you for being you, Christina. ❤ Love and light from Denmark, Scandinavia ❤️

The 911 dispatcher getting smart with the mother made my heart hurt. 😔

I cannot begin to describe how angry the dispatcher made me, when she said “how am I supposed to know that?” in response to that poor mama wondering where her son was and then asking “what do you want me to do about it?” like are you for real?!! awful!!

Johnny’s mother’s last call to the police was honest to god one the most disturbing things I’ve ever heard. Imagine being spoken to like that after you’ve had an anxiety-riddled night topped off by finding your son murdered. She sounds broken and desperate.

This is absolutely devastating to hear how this mother was treated .. just truly disgusted and heart broken for them

The lack of empathy in the tone of the dispatcher is DISGUSTING. Even I have more compassion for a customer service call. How can anyone with a heart tell that mother to calm down with that attitude when she just lost her son in a tragic way! My heart broke for that family.

To think they could possibly still be alive if the cops had entered the home the first time is heartbreaking 💔

That officer that spoke to the dad, “as a dad”, is the kind of *humans* we need in our police force. Yes laws are laws. But they’re humans and they’re dealing with other humans. There should be a balance between human and officer. I’m glad he said what he said, although totally tragic how this ended 😞

After the suspicious call, Tiffany went to the house, then called Johnny's mother, who then called 911, telling them that Tiffany told her "the house looked ransacked" and "the cabinets looked ransacked". Later, when the cops arrived, they didn't see anything suspicious. With the whereabouts of two people in question, wouldn't their "house that looked ransacked" qualify as being suspicious? Unless the house only looked ransacked if you had been inside to see that it was (?)

I was an emergency dispatcher just short of 10 years. There are ways to help calm and diffuse tragic situations; and You MUST be an empathetic person. People are calling you at their worst and during those times you should be at your Best Not your worst. Shame on her and others around her letting her treat someone that way.

That 911 operator is heartless. She sounded like she was annoyed that this mother kept calling. My heart goes out to them, I can’t even imagine witnessing your child in that condition. 💔

The fact that the police didn’t take it seriously is astounding. That dispatcher needs fired. She was so condescending acting like it’s an inconvenience for a mother to be panicking about her dead son.

I didn't know Johnny's mom or dad but I worked with his Aunt and I watched that lady go thru hell during the trial and she ended up being one of my biggest supporters when my sister was murdered on Feb. 14 2014. She helped me a lot and I can't thank her enough. I wish I could have been there for her the same way she was for me but I didn't really know her that well when her nephew was taken from them.

Empathy tests for dispatchers! NEEDED!

Wow! The way the 911 dispatchers acted is disgusting! To dismiss Johnny 's mother is horrifying! She was completely distraught! She had just seen her son dead and his girlfriend! Any mother would be destroyed by that and the dispatcher told her to calm down!? You are so right, Christina! Empathy and compassion would have gone a long way! It's horrifying! Excellent video, as always! 😔💖💖💖

Don’t you just LOVE the Cop that gave his police advice but then his DAD advice. Big up to him. 🙏🙏🙏

I’ve heard sooo many 911 operators tell traumatized victims or victims family members to “calm down” with so much attitude while these people are literally experiencing the most horrific thing to ever happen to them.. it’s WILD, how can you not feel for this mother?? I really hope that woman was fired. Disgusting.
