when i right click the popup window it just closes the popup window

I dont have the old menu to click on when I try right click

How to ACTUALLY do it on Windows 11...
Right click START and go to Task Manager.
Find the program that's off screen.
Right click the program and 'maximise' - which will force it on to the screen.
