Making a chi ball (I'm a begginer)

Please tell me why I can't see my energy ball or if you can and I can't please tell me what I need to do and also please tell me if there is anything I am doing wrong, thanks ;)

I am on stage 4, you have decide first which chi ball you are making hot cord or magnetic, if you are making first one a hot chi ball so you have sit on the hot place, if you are making a cold chi ball so you have to sit on the cold place or on the place where is an AC room, if you are making a magnetic chi ball means an lightning chi ball so you can sit anywhere you like to sit and if you sit on the place like at home so at your house there is many lights fans and TV, etc so you should off the fans, TV and the light and only open the window so because of getting hot, you can made the magnetic chi ball easily. 😊
