Kamala Harris holds first rally in battleground state

Kamala Harris delivers a speech in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at her first campaign rally.

The battleground state hosted the Republican National Convention last week and has taken on new resonance as Ms Harris looks all but certain to take up the mantle.

With this in mind, Wisconsin Republican leaders have branded her an "extreme liberal" who is out of touch with most voters in the state.
