Vice President Kamala Harris will campaign in Milwaukee Tuesday, the first rally of her own presidential campaign, backed by top Wisconsin Democrats, after President Joe Biden exited the election race Sunday.

Harris has visited the battleground state four other times this year, and eight times as vice president. But her Tuesday trip has newfound importance: Instead of rallying for Biden's reelection, she's now campaigning as the presumptive Democratic nominee.
