I’ve known about this for about a year. I’ve been looking for an Abarth 500 for some time and they usually don’t show up in my saved search of Fiat 500 so I now do a separate search for Abart. Managed to get one last week without keys 😬. Good tip about looking at the under 7.5 tonne list. Thanks.

Good to know this. I usually a day or two before go online and check all the cars coming out on the next auction, but I'm not particularly interested in a specific car. More likely any car that fits into my criterias. Damage, category, age, mileage, value, and price. ;)

Hi paul little bit of advice brought a e400 from copart Cat U 6mouths later come up cat S I put this to them offered stupid compention I don’t want car what fully repaired now and owe more than I couid sell

I discovered this issue when searching for volkswagen transporters on copart. "TRANSPORTER" never comes up but if you search for VOLKSWAGEN and look through 400 cars they are there. Still I couldn't find any with 4motion

Hi paul. As a newbie, love your videos. I have a weird question about copart I hope you can answer. If you go to the find vehicles vehicle finder there's a list of makes that you can click on but for some reason Seat is not listed. can you tell me why? I know the usual explanation is if they don't have any cars of that make it won't be listed but that's not true they have many seats but you cannot click on seat. You can easily prove that by using the vehicle finder on the right and choosing seat as a make and searching. You'll find hundreds

The way i do it when i search specific car I just select make that i want and when its open I just simply look through models and find the one im interesting in. Like someone else mentioned lots of spelling errors will cause you missing out on car you looking for

The individual vehicle search issues are commonplace. If the name is misspelt, it won't find any cars if you search for the correct spelling. Happens on Autotrader and ebay too. If someone misspells their product description, it won't be found unless you search under that exact spelling. That's how you can get a bargain on ebay! Not a scam.

I never trust the pre-grouped manufacturers on copart, ebay, or even autotrader but with some of those you showed, it does make you wonder if some lowly insurance clerk has deliberately spelt something so it will not show in a manufacturer grouping... At the very least there should be an "other" category for auction entries not already included in a manufacturer grouping.
