TCL Smart TV: How to Turn Off, Change Source, Volume, Channels without Remote

I show you how to turn off (power off, shut off) turn on, change channels, source (input) or increase/decrease volume on a TCL Android TV (smart TV) without a remote. We will simply use the button on the bottom of the TV. Hope this helps.

When you find a button behind the TCL logo underneath your TV, which is probably about maybe 16 cm CM wide or diameter. Then you can press it and it would show the options channel volume etc. And then you click it until you get to the option that you want. And once you get to the option, that you want example channel. Then you hold it until it lets you change the channel. And the same would go to changing the volume. Because we all know nobody wants to read the TV manual.

Yeah, this doesn't work on my TCL TV. There's a button there but it only brings up a choice menu. No way to move the curser up or down, or to access streaming channels like Hulu or Netflix..

Hi. I have the 40FS4610R...The older model with the joystick button on the lower right corner. Does nothing when toggled left or right, controls only volume up and down and hard press in turns it off and on. Don't have the remote so am total lost how to set this up. Please help. Thank you.
