High light and low light plants are the talk of the town, but we don't normally focus on the plants that thrive in between. Thanks for watching!

I have so many plants already. I’m looking for a home for the
Pilea Gradifolia. It is so beautiful; I have to have it.
Great vlog, I really needed it. People think I’m crazy because as I’m opening the shades and shutters every morning, I sing the good morning song to my plants.
I have ficus tree in my living room, her name is, Tree; I know, real original. We hired a new tree service for our outside trees.I asked if he would look at Tree. He said sure. He too has a ficus. When he saw Tree, he said, “Whoa, you really do have a tree in your house”
Tree is around 14 years old. ✌🏼

It’s funny because I feel like it’s actually most plants that work well in indirect medium light but somehow we always forgot talk about that! People seem to be more excited about low light plants

If you're thinking of extending this series I would love some suggestions on plants that don't mind cold drafts. Now that we're transitioning to winter I'm moving most of my plants away from my drafty windows, but then I look at all this empty space with great light and just feel the craving to fill it :) I know dracaenas are fine there but maybe you know other, uncommon ones.

That Begonia in the terra cotta pot with the scalloped edge is such a beautiful pairing. I love it when a plant keeper goes the extra mile in giving a planter that enhances its beauty rather then a plain white pot I see far too often. LOL cave plants...

The beefsteak begonia is also sooo easy to propagate. Every time I trim mine any leaf I cut off no matter how ugly and dead looking it looks, it will easily root both when you put it in water or straight into soil.

You are delightful! Hannah the Tropical Plant Addict recommended you and I must say, she was spot I am enjoying your commentary immensely! Thanks for the great channel and fabulous information! I especially love seeing what you are growing in a similar house climate as I live in Lancaster PA, so quite close. ❤️

Thanks Nick
I needed this episode cause it's getting dark on the east coast New York.
I do not have any of the plants that you showed today, but I will in my future.
Thanks again

I love the weird pilea colors! I have two; both are shades of bronze and silver but with very different patterns and leaf shapes. Adding funky colored plants helps bring some contrast to the sea of green in my house, and I think it actually makes the green ones stand out better too since they no longer simply all blend into one uniform jungle.
