People blame Bush for the Iraq war, and he was a part of it for sure but it was Dick Cheney who railed congress and forced him to act on it. Why? Cause he had large stakes in an oil company that would benefit. Worse is Cheney has no regrets while Bush broke down in tears when he accidentally referred to Ukraine as Iraq. It has haunted Bush for years but Cheney would do it all over again.
