Liquid Starter Pandoro

I used to have problem of not finishing projects I started. There are many recipes that I tested but haven’t finalized.
I am determined to change it, one at a time.

I started testing this pandoro recipe late last year. I liked how it turned out, but after some other test bakes, I found out it could be improved, a lot.
This pandoro is leavened with 100% liquid starter. I got very good oven spring even with weak flour.

Banyak resep yang terbengkalai karena kebanyakan waktu fokus untuk homeschool. Sekarang anak2 sudah libur, saya bisa menjadi lebih fokus mengubah kebiasaan buruk saya yang dulu sering tidak menyelesaikan apa yg saya mulai.

Saya awali dengan melanjutkan tes pandoro dengan liquid starter ini. Hasilnya lebih bagus dari sebelumnya setelah saya menemukan beberapa trick selama melakukan test bake terhadap resep lain.
