My home was built in 1906 and I have been lost on how to hang (or repair) anything bc it has lath and plaster walls. This was so informative! Thank you for taking the time to create this. 😊

I do a lot of work to homes in Edinburgh, Scotland dating from 200 years ago. Exactly the same construction, except the lath is much smaller / thinner. I wonder if it come down to different timber species between UK and North America

Lathe is a wood wall so for most wall hanging just drive a nail, it will hold.
