How to set a custom image in Windows 11 start menu background?

Dear All,
Welcome back to the channel. In this tutorial, I will show you guys how to set a custom background in Windows 11 start menu which you cannot set it using the Windows default settings. For the purpose of this tutorial I will use a 3rd party software named Start11 from StarDock.
